1st Course: American “Nachos” Housemade potato chips awash in whole grain mustard queso and crowned with crispy bacon bits and shaved parmesan cheese
2nd Course: Blue Iceberg Salad A wedge of iceberg lettuce drizzled with buttermilk bleu cheese dressing and diced tomatoes
3rd Course: Crab Bisque A rich, creamy soup flavored with a bit of sherry & served with a cheese crostini
4th Course: Housemade Pot Roast topped with demi glaze & served with roasted baby potatoes and carrots
Dessert: Cassatta Cake candied fruit and sweet ricotta cheese are layered between sponge cake and covered in chocolate frosting.
Dinner is paired with the following beers:

Saint Somewhere Saison Athene: It has a spicy and moderately hoppy profile. True to the traditions of farmhouse ales.
La Binchoise Brune Tradition: It has a rich spicy malt nose with a few bitter orange notes. The palate is a big hoppy bite and a rich fruity dark coffee character which becomes roasted in the finish.
Abbaye-Abdy Val Dieu Triple: It has the aroma of fruity ester with a slightly spicy touch
Dupont Biere de Miel: It has a delicate scent of honey, balanced by a dry palate resulting in a refreshing
beer.
Verhaeghe Vichtenaar: Mildly sourish and suitably complex. Tart flavor makes it perfect for hot summer months
