6:30 pm Sharp: 1st Course: Grilled Chicken Summer Rolls with Mango and Lime Peanut Sauce paired with Morimoto Soba Ale (Gold Medal Winner)
2nd Course: Cheese and Portabella Mushroom Soup with Crostini paired with
Allagash Dubbel (Gold Medal Winner)
3rd Course: Warm Duck Breast Salad tossed with field greens and toasted walnuts drizzled with walnut oil paired with Affligem Tripel (Gold Medal Winner)
4th Course: Marinated pork tenderloin stuffed with goat cheese, roasted red peppers and shallots. Served with sweet potato mash and paired with Oskar Blue’s Gordon (Bronze Medal Winner)
Dessert: Beer Float featuring vanilla and chocolate ice cream floating in Left Hand Company Milk Stout and served with a chocolate covered strawberry.
